My stay at this hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were on the small side and felt rundown, but they were stocked with necessities which was convenient. The service, on the other hand, was fantastic; the staff did a great job throughout my stay. The location was a standout feature, with plenty of local amenities within walking distance. Dining was satisfactory, but service could have been better at times. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is perfectly situated one block from the ocean and within walking distance to various dining options and attractions. The rooms, while showing signs of age, served our needs well. The service felt genuinely friendly, though not extravagant. The location was excellent for enjoying the beach and boardwalk activities. Dining provided good options, but the ordering process was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great value for the money.
